On Tuesday, the Bears announced the start of their yearly Schedule Prediction Challenge, sponsored by United Airlines. Fans have the opportunity to win prizes by accurately predicting the Bears’ matchups and bye week for each of the 18 weeks of the 2024 NFL regular season.
The grand prize includes:
- Two tickets to every Bears home and away game in 2024.
- Round-trip airfare for two to all 2024 away games.
- Hotel stays for two for one night at each away game.
- A $500 allowance for each away game, totaling $4,000.
If no participant perfectly predicts the schedule, the top five scorers will receive prizes based on their points:
- 10 points for correctly predicting a division game (week, opponent, location).
- 7 points for correctly predicting a non-division game (week and opponent).
- 5 points for correctly identifying the bye week.
- 3 points for partially correct division game predictions (week and opponent).
- 1 point for game predictions that are one week off from the actual date.
The highest scorer will win tickets to a home and an away game of their choice, including travel, while other prizes include United Airlines travel vouchers and autographed Bears merchandise.
Participants will get a confirmation email with a score tracking link upon entry, following the official NFL schedule release expected in early-to-mid May. Entries can be made at ChicagoBears.com/SchedulePrediction, with a limit of five entries per person. International games are excluded from the prizes.
